染めたばかりの蓮のお写真を送って頂きました。
近くでみていると、絞り目が血管のようです。アイロンをかける前の作品は表面が凸凹しており、また違った表情で語りかけてきます。

Maiko sent me a picture of the lotus that maestro just dyed.
If you look closely, the constriction looks like a blood vessel. The surface of the work before ironing is uneven, and it speaks with a different expression.
