絞った布を5分染めたら、引き上げて絞り、干して5分。それを、濃い色なら12〜13回続けます。
その度に立ち上がり、しゃがみを繰り返し、染める前の絞りの段階から考えると、本当に重労働なのです。
それを師匠がやっている姿を見ると、飄々とした空気を感じます。

After dyeing the Shibori cloth for 5 minutes, pull it up, squeeze it, and dry it for 5 minutes. Repeat it 12 to 13 times for deep colors.
It's really hard work, considering from the stage of Shibori before dyeing, standing up and crouching repeatedly.
When I see the maestro doing that, I feel a relaxed atmosphere.
